  • Fudge is really good! I like the plain kind, no nuts. I haven't had fudge in forever, now I can't stop thinking about it.

  • I have a recipe for microwave fudge if anyone wants it:

    Microwave Fudge
1 lb box sifted powdered sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 cup cocoa
    3 tbsp milk

Combine ingredients in a bowl and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Remove from microwave, and add 1 tsp vanilla. Stir until smooth. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.

    It's actually pretty good.

And yes, I love fudge. Mint fudge, walnut fudge, cheesecake fudge, peanut butter fudge...you name it, I'll probably eat it.
