How often do you bathe your toddler?

My daughter is two and we bathe her every other day. She has really dry skin so her doctor advised we only do it every other day so her skin doesn't dry out.

  • Every other day since birth! Obviously every day if he has diarrhea or is sick or real dirty or something :)

  • Everyday they get into the bath. They get washed up completely from head-to-toe every other day unless they get really dirty playing or they are sick.

  • My children bathe twice a week. Daily baths are not good for their skin. Usually a good wipe down is plenty. In the summer they will bathe more often because they are getting really dirty but in the winter its twice a week. My kiddos are 10, 9, 5, and 6 mos.

  • Oh, forgot to mention, I have 2 children with Eczema so if they bathe too much their skin is itchy and dry.

  • every other day. I have a 19 month ond and a 1 month old, so bathing them both in one night would drive me batty!

  • both my kids get a bath every day, sometimes twice a day depending on if they get really nasty during lunch or playing outside, or if my ds poops everywhere. they both have eczema and bathing them every day hasn't bothered their skin as long as you use a mild soap and plenty of lotion after their bath their skin will not dry out
