Tired of the same old same old!

Looking for new ideas for dinner I'm so tired of making the same old recipes, any ideas?

  • 15 Minute Chili

    Ingredients



    1 pound ground turkey


    1/2 cup chopped onion


    1 16 oz. can pinto beans, drained and rinsed


    1 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained and rinsed


    1 28 oz. can chopped stewed tomatoes


    1 tablespoon chili powder


    1 tablespoon cumin powder


    1/2 cup salsa





    Directions
    1. In a large pot, brown turkey with chopped onion.

  • Make mashed potatoes. Add mango (or pineapple, peaches, apricot) corn and peas. Salt, pepper, curry and cinnamon. Mix with shredded rotisserie chicken. Use puff pastry to make little 3" x 3" wrappers, fill with mixture, fold diagonally and seal with egg and water. Bake at 350 until brown.

    Serve with chutney, roasted zucchini/squash and couscous.
