Anyone tried Weight Watchers?? Thoughts?

  • my dad did and he lost 30 pounds but you have to stay on it once he stopped he gained it all back.

  • It works, the plan is reasonable to follow, but the meetings can really suck. You may have to shop around for a meeting leader you can stand.

  • Yes, I lost 40 pounds. If you take it seriously and have the time, it can really work.

  • tried it 3 times and dropped out 3 times - just wasn't right for me

  • All the weight programs do work for a short time. And they cost $$$$

    The best way is cut out bread, pasta, rice and it is cheaper
