  • my son has severe food allergies... the 5 most common food allergies are eggs,peanuts, milk, soy, wheat of which my son is allergic to all. I had to stop bfing because we had to figure out what was going on. believe it or not soy is in almost every product on the market these days, veggi oil is mostly soy. if you think your baby may have food allergies see your pedi. there are blood tests that can be done. if that does not give you answers see and allergy specialist for a scratch test.

  • honey is're not supposed to give honey because it contains traces of botulism that a baby's immune system it too immature to handle.

  • Before age one, some of the foods you should not give to a child are wheat, soy, dairy, strawberries, citrus

    Before age two, honey, chocolate, peanuts, tree nuts
