1 Bump

I need to hear from you- if you KNOW anything about hcg ...

I am 14 dpo and found out I was pregnant on the night of 8dpo.
I contacted my doc on 9dpo to get a prescription on progesterone which I started that night.
On 10,12 and 14 dpo I had hcg drawn...they were
10 dpo- 33
12 dpo- 98
14 dpo- 248

Do these lood ok?
I am a bit nervous for a few reasons.
1. With ALL my previous pregnancies- usually the lowest level (like hcg of 10) will cause me to have severe nausea)... and I am not nauseated at all this time...when I would normally be.

2. With my prior pregnancies my hcg levels would almost quadruple
... that is not happening this time.

3. hcg 33-98 did tripple...but hcg 98 to 248 did not

Do you think this could have anything to do with the fact that we moved to CO and are at a very high altiitude? (with my previous pregnancies we were in MD and FL)
PLEASE give me any info you have!

  • I think they seem a little low, how many weeks would you be though? At 5 weeks my levels were 10,700. I'm not trying to worry you, I just had a scare myself. I do understand about HCG but the 14 dpo...... I dont calculate like that so, how many weeks?

  • Oh okay, wel, the range for HCG levels are soooo varied. As long as they are doubling and going up, you are fine!! It doesn't have to triple, just double.
