Music: How many beats per minute do I need to do cardio training?

Is there a list or something that tells you how many bmp certain songs have?
What's the best bmp for cardio, what to get your metabolism going to burn fat?
I already calculated the heart rate(s) I need to stick to to get the best results. Now I need some fun music to get me going.
Who can help? Thank a lot!

  • I think it's at least 180 bpm. I have no clue about a list. Best I could suggest is tap your foot too the beat, count out how many are in a 10 second stretch and multiply that by 6.
