Currently my SIL and DH's cousin and I are doing a diet/workout routine. We are doing the fat belly diet, all of us are losing weight. We are using the wii fit and a workout video. We are using a fat blast/boost your metabolism by Jullian Michaels. What do you do and how are the results?

  • I'm on a green tea diet. you drink green tea with your meals, its and appetite suppressant, metabolizer booster, and energy booster(along with the fact its an antioxidant). i also use the wii fit and a work out dvd(pussycat dolls workout. i've a lot of fun with this. and its worked wonders on my self confidence.)

  • I have lost weight by eating 400 calorie meals with a small snack (like and apple) in between meals, cutting out sodas and having mostly water, some unsweet tea (of course I have my coffee everyday) I have tried to exercise 20 mins a day most days.

  • I like Wii fit too, and I do Tae Bo 3x a week as well. It has really helped me. I am also generally active - I chase a 2yo, I do lots of active cleaning. I'm not a sitter-arounder.
