DH likes me to make goodies and meals for his employees around Christmas. He did inform me that he has one person who needs to eat gluten free food (whether allergy, intolerance, celiac, I don't know). I make all the stuff homemade, so what should I stay away from? I usually do roast beef, potatoes, veggies, bread, cookies, cake, pie, fudge.
I know regular flour is a no, but that's about all I know. What else?

Here's a good "cheat sheet". If you don't put flour in your roast beef its good. Potatoes are good. Veggies are good. Bread, cookies, cake, pie - definitely not good unless you use gluten-free mixes. Fudge - depends on what is in it. Just read the labels on everything.
