MY TODDLER IS ALLERGIC WHAT CAN I DO

I JUST FOUND OUT THAT MY 2YRS OLD SON IS ALLERGIC TO MILK AND EGGS AND I NEED TO KNOW WHAT KINDS OF THING HE CAN AND CAN NOT HAVE OR ANDY KIND OF WEB SITES THAT I CAN GO TO PLEASE HELP ME OUT .

  • my dd is lactose intolerant and i put her on silk soy milk when i first figured it out then i found a brand of milk called lactose free by dairigold and its the best since its the most like real milk that i can actually drink it without being disgusted but as for the eggs thing i'm sorry i can't be of more help on that

  • Beware of using soymilk instead of all of the normal milk sources. Soy is estrogenic and can cause problems with puberty, even with boys.

    Which part of milk is he allergic to? If it's the lactose, then it will be easier than if it is caesin. Caesin is in lots of processed foods and breads.

  • Allergic to milk & lactose intolerant are two entirely different things, . There are some very good milk substitutes, like hemp, rice, almond & soy milks. There's also a powdered beverage called DariFree that comes in regular & chocolate & is very good.

    For ice cream, there is soy-based ice cream, rice-based ice cream & coconut milk-based ice cream.

  • ok, did a doctor give the allergy dx? You need to talk with a dietican so that you can learn what your child can eat....and learn to read the food labels, because milk and eggs are in alot of prepackaged foods.
