My daughter is almost two and am trying to potty train, what should I do?

She uses her potty for time to time.

  • If she is showing interest in using the potty, then I would keep it up! 2 years old is a good age to start. You should encourage her to use the potty more. Go let her pick out some big girl panties and let her start wearing those instead of diapers. She will have a few accidents at first, but this is the only way that she will start to recognize the signs her body gives her that she needs to go potty.

  • my daughter is 2 and a half and she tells us she wants to sit on her potty and we sit her pot in front of the tv and alow her to sit for as long as she wants and she usually does use the pot while sitting there
