RN salary?

how much is the starting salary for a new grad RN? Annually or hourly? I checked the salary sites but are not sure if they are a reliable source and figured real people will have real answers. Thanks!

Starting around $21/hr with no experience.  I have several "aunts in law" that are nurses, part of the perk is they work flexible schedules, or they work 3 days and get fulltime pay (3x12) -- this allows them more time with family, or they can pick up a second job and double their income.

  • you need to look at some sites that have jobs posted up in your area that tell what the pay rate is.

  • It REALLY depends on where you apply, it varies greatly from state to state.
