  • The same thing I think about couples of the same race, nothing. Why would I think anything about them?

  • No opinion, never really thought about it. I grew up where there were only white people.

  • I think it sucks that it STILL matters what color people are.

  • I'm surprised I don't see anyone quoting the Bible about why interracial relationships are sinful in God's eyes...I guess everyone wants to seem "open-minded" tonight

Anyway, I don't have a problem with it. Be who ya wanna be with!

  • Evansmommy91, why would a christian say that? Moses married an Ethiopian and Joseph married an Egyptian. The Bible does caution us not to be unequally yoked with an unbeliever, but it says nothing about race.

  • It's just so WRONG! Just kidding. My husband and I are mixed. Like a PP said, beautiful babies! Our son is gorgeous with caramel skin and soft brown hair with copper blond highlights.

It never occured to me that there should be any issue with that. Only recently in my marriage have I realized that there may be some issues, more with my in-laws than between DH and I. His family experienced a lot of prejudice when they were growing up, and I think somehow they expect that from me, and in turn, hold me at a distance. It's frustrating. But I would do it all over again.

Evansmommy91, I never heard a Bible verse like that.
