If I can use breading what can I use of what I have
Milk
flour
crackers
seasonings tons of them
corn meal

  • The crackers or cornmeal isn't going to stick. I've tried it before, and almost all the yummy-looking breading ended up stuck to the pan.

  • I vote breading. Use a little seasoned flour. A thicker breading needs a binder like eggs.

  • No breading, if you bread use flour, milk, and seasonings. Yummy to fried chops!
