I don't consider food (or drinks) to be 'treats' or rewards... and I mostly follow my taste. Since I don't like candy or the weird after taste of most junk food... or hangovers... I'm not afraid of binging, and it's not why I choose other 'treats'. I reward myself with non-food options, like an afternoon at a bookstore, or an hour of painting, or a walk in the soft evening air or a phone call with a good friend.
I do tend to drink wine pretty much every day, but that's because I do like it and it's healthy in moderation.
