  • Philosophy's microdelivery exfoliating wash--it's pricey but well worth it. I have been using their scrub, cleanser and the peel once a week and I can tell a real difference in my skin.

  • St Ive's Apricot Scrub and I know it's bad to do this, but I use it everyday. I hate the way my skin feels when I don't do it everyday

  • St Ives Apricot scrub every few weeks. My skin is dry---I have to avoid too much abrasiveness. I usually just wash with mild soap and use Ponds dry skin cream.

  • Long cooking oatmeal. for you face grind it up in you hand until its small particles, mix with your favorite face soap, lightly wash and rinse. for your body put oat meal in the foot part an old pair of stockings, tie and cut to form an oatmeal ball. drop into your bath water for a milk bath and use the ball to light scrub you skin. the oatmeal softens and moisturizes, the hose exfoliates. Its nice!
