  • I wouldn't necessarily call them evil. I do believe that some people are born without a conscience. Therefore, they don't really know right from wrong. Some traits are inherited and some things are learned from being around other people. I also believe that we, the parents are the ones that mostly teach our children right from wrong. But if they happen to fall in the wrong crowd, it can change them.

  • I suppose some serial killers are born evil. They exhibit fire starting and small animal torture from a very young age. Did you see the movie The Bad Seed? It's an older movie (1956) about an evil little girl.

  • Children kill some decide to murder members of their own family in spite of their seemingly normal upbringing. Others do so because their upbringing was far from normal often including beatings and abuse. Then there are misguided children who, from the sheer desire to kill, go on murder sprees ending the lives of purely innocent victims. Children are supposed to be innocent and pure without malice, contempt, sinister anger, or desires to kill, yet every year many commit horrific crimes.
