    if so well i think you'll know when the tampons due for a change, every few hours when you use the toilet, it all depends on heavy your period is i guess

  • I was taught to change it every2 to 4 hours which is about how often you go pee anyway. As posted above, it does also depend on how heavy your flow is. I hope this helps

  • normal discharge is either a little cloudy or clear...so that is normal and tampons should not be left in any longer than 8 hours or you run the risk of toxemia, but I have always changed mine every 2-4 hours. You might need to change more or less often depending on your flow. :)
