When do you start using an exersaucer with an infant? (month wise)

  • between 4-6 months, when they have good head control and don't bobble back and forth in it. my middle could go in it at 2 months LOL she was a biiig baby!

  • I think I started around 4 months. When he could sit up assisted.

  • It's not 'monthwise', it's ability wise. When the child can hold it's head up well and can sit up well when propped up.

  • Like layh41407 said, it's based on ability, not age. Most babies are ready around 4-6 months, but not all.

  • around 4 months....try putting them in if they sit up in it and arent all slunched over then there good.... otherwise try again in a few weeks.

  • Exersaucers and walkers aren't necessary and may be harmful to the baby's developing body. If they are used it should be when a baby can stand on their own and only for brief times.

  • I started my son at 3 months. I would say once he?she is really good at holding there head up :) YAY its so much fun
