  • We are having spaghetti with meatballs. The sauce is from a jar (as usual), the meatballs and garlic bread are frozen (thawing now) - I make those in big batches and freeze..... so this is an easy dinner for us and one of our favorites!

  • Pot roast with all the fixin's (and hubby is going to the store to buy everything for it.... he's such a great hubby!!!) ;-)

  • It's usually nachos and the Amazing Race night.

    Tonight we are going out for Ethiopian food. Today is DD's 11th birthday and it's her choice. I love Ethiopian.

  • I am making meatball sandwiches. I have a bag of frozen Italian meatballs, a jar of marinara sauce, put them in a pot and warm it all up. Spoon it on rolls, top with shredded cheese and serve with a tall glass of milk.
