My 5 year old's front tooth fell out

My daughter just turned 5 in September and I am worried because her front tooth fell out. It became loose last week when she bit into an apple. I did some research an the normal age teeth start falling out is 6 and she is an entire year early. I don't know what to do, i'm on panic mode.

Is it normal for a just turned 5 year old's front tooth fall out?

  • no such thing as "normal". Most kids get their teeth at 6 months, mine got her first a 1 year. everyone is different. don't worry. As long as it wasn't an adult tooth, it's all good.

  • My daughter's 2 bottom front teeth fell out at 5 years old. It was weird at first because I thought it was six as well but on her 1st day of Kindergarten there were others with missing teeth. Now she has had three others fall out and she is 6 yrs old.
