Where to go now....

My good friend has been suffering under a diagnosis of PCOS for about 7 years. Just about a month agoe they did a routine ultrasound and everything looked fine and healthy. They changed the diagnosis though. They no longer thought she has PCOS, but were more inclined to it being a pituitary problem or early menopause (she's 32). Well, they did an MRI which showed that her pituitary gland is slightly enlarged, byt they don't think that is the problem. Her bloodwork for menopause is just as confusing. these are the results:
FSH=5.09-mlU/ml
LH=7.4-mlU/ml
Estroil serum= <0.10 ng/ml
Estrone= 124- pg/ml<
***Estradiol=4 pg/ml*** this is the one that is very low
If any one would care to guess on where the problem might be so that she knew where to start looking we would appreciate it very much. Oh! she is being referred to a urologist because she has blood in her urine.
