  • My lactation consultant at WIC told me to keep pumping your breasts and the more that you do the more likely chance you are that it could increase lol. If you are on WIC in your state, or even if your not , you can see about talking to a lactation expert if you need help.

  • try drinking mothers milk tea. it helped me and i have heard friends of mine say the same. i also pumped every two hours even when the baby wasn't feeding to help and after each feeding i pumped too. that helped a lot.

  • what makes you think you have a problem with supply? how are diaper counts?

  • Tell us why you think you need to increase supply. Get as specific as you can. Most often, moms THINK there is an issue when there isn't.
