  • Jehovah (pronounced /dʒɨˈhoʊvə/) is an anglicized representation of Hebrew יְהֹוָה, a vocalization of the Tetragrammaton יהוה (YHWH), the name that, according to the Bible, God revealed to his people,[1] also dubbed "the proper name of God".[2]
