I plan on ordering one of these two workouts from a friend of mine who's a beachbody coach. I'm looking for a workout to do from home (obviously) that doesn't have a lot of jumping around. We live in an upstairs apartment and I know the guys downstairs don't care to hear my big rearend working out!
Which one do y'all suggest? and why? I do want to add that in the future I would like to do the p90x -- an apartment doesn't really allow for that.
