i got really madd and now

im haveing pain down there kinda like cramps but it kinda goes down my leg what is it ? is it cause i got pissed?

  • those might be braxton hicks contraction...your body is getting itself ready for the birth.

  • You could have just pulled a muscle, or it could be round ligament pain. Could it be b/c you got pissed? Who knows? Were you tense and move around the wrong way, or move too quickly?

  • welcome to pregnancy.. its not cause you got mad.. its your Sciatic nerve, and it runs from your lower back down your buttcheck, down the back of your leg.. i would recomend some stretching, especially in the morning.. depending on your area, i would check into a baby yoga class, that will help you alot.. or even just some low impact stretching.. you need to keep flexible... makes delivery, csection, recovery so much nicer. I had a c section and was out by the third day.. lots of stretching... Good luck.. drink more water too

  • Everything sweetscrapping said is exactly what I would've typed myself. Pregnancy Yoga is AMAZING, they have different impact levels (for the stages of your pregnancy), and you will be able to keep your body "limber" and full of life during pregnancy. There are a couple of tricks that you can do to help alleviate the pain of the sciatic nerve pinch #1. Move slowly when changing positions. #2. Take a pillow put it between your back and the wall (while in a mild squat) scoot down the wall (like you are grinding it) pushing your pelvis into the pillow. Go down (until you are comfortable) and them come back up. This will put just the right amount of pressure on that nerve.

  • (cont)....#3. Ice it when it flares, as well as right after stretching, heat it when you are lying down and feeling the pain, as well as right before you stretch. #4. Have your SO, friend, family member, sit in front of you (you on the sofa, them on the coffee table or chair) lean into whomever and put your arms around their neck and have them caress you around your hips. Have them take their middle 2 fingers and apply gentle pressure to your sciatic nerve (guide them to where it is before they start pushing, it's parallel to your hip bone right before your butt starts!). Apply gentle pressure while inhaling, when you EXHALE have them push hard, repeat for 2 min. Take a break and do again 3 times a day. This is pressure point massage.

  • pain down your leg, could just be your baby is sitting on your sciatic nerve. and when you have a braxton hicks contraction, it is adding more pressure to that point. you'll be dealing with it till he/she pops out! i have, at 35 weeks now :) good luck
