  • I didn't have any. I only gained 14 pounds and left the hospital weighing less than when I got pregnant. Thank you stress!

  • exclusive breasfeeding. 5mo post partum i was almost 10 lbs lighter than when i got pregnant. i gained 30lbs per pregnancy.

  • Lots of work. Actually I used to lay on my back and bring my knees up and put my kids (when babies) on the shins of my legs, like they were straddling my feet. I would then bounce them and do sit ups keeping my feet elevated. This really works wonders and entertained them for a while.

  • It just kind of disappeared, I'm really not sure how LOL. I ate, I didn't exercise... I wore my pre-pregnancy pants home from the hospital.

  • I had another baby twice. Then I did Calenetics. It worked wonderful. Strengthen me and made my body slim and strong.
