How do you eat a Pomegranite? Yes I know it sounds silly.

I got a Pomegranite from the store yesterday and I peeled it and there's nothing there but seeds.
Was it suppose to be peeled or what do you do?
I like things that has Pomegranite in it,,so I thought that I would try it straight.

  • You eat the seeds.. Well there is juicy fruity pulp all around each seed.

Pop the seeds out.. And then pop them in your mouth.. I suck off all the good stuff and spit out the seed itself that is inside. My husband eats seeds and all.

  • Chew on the seeds. I like it just for snack. I found though that they do not last long after they are cut.

  • Well its not a very rewarding fruit to eat. You peel it and then suck on the little beads until all that's left is a hard seed, then you spit the seed out. Tasty but not rewarding at all!

  • You eat the seeds, pulp and seed. No need to toss out the seed.
Try them on salads, in smoothies, and over desert.
    Enjoy.
