  • Do something/anything to help others. Go to a good church both for yourself and your own spiritual uplifting as well as volunteering to help others. Educate yourself on your back problem and do exercises or chiropractic care etc to get the help you need to eleviate the pain. Praying for you and your husband to feel better soon!
