  • "Skin So Soft" from Avon. We live in the south and deal with mosquitoes all summer long. "SSS" has been what we used all my life growing up and even now.

  • If you mean in your yard there is this stuff out that you spray in the yard I think its by Cutter and it works great you hook it to your water hose. Also get rid of all standing water and if you have pet water outside check it for larva. Do not wear perfumes/use scented detergents, soaps, shampoos, lotions

  • if you are chillin out side put some bucketrs of water around the area were your chillin not too close it will draw the mosquitos away from you into the water. There are also these little bags you can hang around that catch the mosquitos I dont know they are called but there out there!

  • I've heard that putting the orange (a.k.a. nasty) listerine in a spray bottle and spraying your lawn will keep them away...don't know if it really works. But you can try it.

  • Real vanilla from Mexico. Not the artificial immatation in the stores.
spray it on and you are good to go.
    They hate it.
plus it is a natural spray and you smell good too.

  • make sure you dont have any standing water anywhere near your home. be sure to keep your screens in your doors and windows if you want fresh air in your house - for kids protection i would be sure to keep them sprayed while outdoors this will prevent any disease spreading to your children.

  • My mother used to plant Marigolds and Geraniums. Taking odor-free garlic (found in vitamin section) sure it is the odor-free because the garlic smell will permeate from your pores.
