Should Kids take Vitamin-c

My daughter is 10yrs and I give her gummy vitamins everyday,but I read where they have vitamin-c for kids,schould I get some for her?

  • Only if she isn't eating a wide variety of foods and if the doctor says she needs them. My son has never been on vitamins because he eats a wide variety of foods.
