When you are tired of drinking water all day what do you turn to?

I'm trying not to drink soda and not so much juice because of the sugar so what about diet soda? or what do you drink.

  • I drink flavored Seltzer water. No calories and no sodium. Either Raspberry or Lemon/Lime. Some brands have other flavors, like, Grapefruit or Orange.

  • Sweet tea, but I try to use the Crystal Light powder that you can pour into a water bottle.

  • I know aspartame isn't that great for you, but I don't drink it often enough to matter much to me. I drink the crystal light natural lemonade. I will drink a diet soda every so often - usually if I've gone out to eat which isn't often.

  • I drink 95% water but I occasionally have a diet coke. One case lasts me months so I don't feel too bad about the aspartame since i have so little. I also make myself iced coffees in my recycled water bottles, and I might have one of those on a sluggish morning. I don't like gatorade or any of the powdered drinks.

  • they sale reduced or no sugar juice, also gatorade, powerade, propel, milk even low sugar flavored milk. flavored water,limonade
