I need to pick up SO from work, it'll take me about an hour, I have cut up chicken breasts marinating in peanut sauce, can I put this in the oven at a low temperature and not ruin it somehow so we can eat when we get home? How long would 1-inch pieces take in the skillet? Should I just wait?
