Divorce question.

We are meeting with an attorney today and I need help with the list of things I need to address. such as possessions, child support, visitation etc... What all should I have on that list to be prepared?

  • Property, debt, insurance, custody/visitation, child support, alimony. That is about all I can think of now. The lawyers should ask all the important questions though if you have forgotten something.
