    Coke 39 grams sugar corn syrup
    no nutritional benefits.

    I'm going with soda, At least juice isn't empty.

  • Soda. A lot of the sugar in juice is natural.

  • If your drinking Soda, it's all added sugar and other sweeteners.
    If your drinking Juice - actual Juice, not Juice Drinks - it's all natural sugars, not added crap. So it's a healthier form and amount!

  • I think it depends on which soda and juice youre drinking some juices has more sugar than soda . Just drink Prune juice and that will help you shed some lbs hahahaha

  • Unless they have ADDED sugar to the juice, the natural sugars of the fruit itself is healthier than the added sugars in sodas.
