  • how long have you been trying? take in mind up to a year is considered normal. also, don't stress and eat well, don't drink or smoke....basically act as if you're already pregnant

  • Try being patient and stop overthinking it. You got pregnant the first time just fine! :) Good Luck

  • Don't have sex every night. Your husband needs to have time to build up his sperm count.

  • Gwendolyn is correct, frequent ejaculation lowers sperm count. That's why we kept getting preg in one shot! My hubby worked out of state so it didn't happen very much, but when it did I was always preg!

  • Start taking prenatals and/or folic acid and charting your cycle so you have an idea of when you ovulate (read taking charge of your fertility). Time sex around ovulation since that is the only time of the month you can actually get pregnant. Too much sex can actually hurt things as his sperm count can drop. If it has been longer then a year of trying then you may need to talk with a doctor about both you and SO's fertility.

  • Take prenatals/folic acid and just don't stress about it. Seems like all the mom's I know of who are TTC get pregnant after they stop charting/tracking, taking test after test. Have hubby start wearing boxers to keep his little swimmers happy. Lay with a pillow propped under your bum right after sex (for about 10-15 minutes). Eat healthy, lose weight if you're overweight, don't smoke/drink/do drugs. Best of luck to you! Baby dust and I hope you get the positive test soon! =)

  • If it's been 2 years you need to see a doctor cause it is probly time to explore medical options. The most common reason is because your anovulatory and it's usually an easy fix.
