Will taking prenatal help me conceive ?

  • Kinda only in the fact that you will be getting all the nutrients you body needs ahead of time.

  • Ob/GYN's always say it is an excellent idea to start taking prenatal s 3 months prior to conception, and it is supposed to help your body get ready and be rich in nutrients so a healthy fertilized egg can implant in the uterine wall :) GL!! :D

  • It's a good idea so that you will be as healthy as you can be, and so that any potential embryo gets the nutrients it needs even before you know you're pregnant (lack of folic acid in the early weeks is a big cause of birth defects, preventable if you're already taking a prenatal and/or folic acid supplements). But it doesn't really actually increase your chances of conceiving.
