  • Mine get really bad & even into my back. On the really bad days, I alternate every 2 hours, w/ tylenol & advil, take a muscle relaxer & even use an Icy Hot patch on my back.

  • K this is weird compared to the other answers but I fill an old sock with rice tie off the open end pop it in the microwave for a minute and then sit with it against my back cuz that's where my cramps come from.

  • I do headstands. It helps move the blood flow away from my uterus, which is what causes cramps. Really helpful, even though it sounds weird.
