If it's true that "you are what you eat", what are your children?

Has anyone seen the commercial with kids playing soccer? One is sluggish because he just ate fast food and the goalie is a donut who is useless to the team. Made me take a look at what my kids were eating. If you are what you eat, I want my kids to eat better.

  • I give my kids Juice Plus gummies because I could not get them to eat any veggies at all. I still cook veggies with meals hoping they might some day try something new, but in the mean time they will take the fruit and veggie supplement. ( Because they don't taste like veggies) The next best thing I guess.

    My kids are tacos.

If you want more info on the Juice Plus Gummies feel free to contact me.

  • My oldest likes to think she's a vegetarian - but I have news for her....I do not consider french fries vegetables.
My second would be - everything - he wants to be a chef.
    My third - cherry pie.
    My youngest - Ramen noodles
I wonder why I even bother cooking sometimes.
