  • how often is like a few times a month. sometimes when i am emotional. sometimes when i am upset or sad. sometimes when i am stressed or overtired. i will get up and go to bathroom, then go get something to drink usually milk. or cold water. then look outside. then look around the house., maybe but rarely, check email. possibly read. mostly just get back into bed and maybe "take care" of myself. OR pray a repetitive or intimate prayer.

  • Falling asleep has always been a huge issue for me.  I avoid caffeine in the evenings and I take my calcium before bed because it makes me really drowsy.
