  • 1 sweet potato cut into strips or however you like it..
    about 1 tsp canola oil
salt, pepper & paprika to taste
----Mix all of these together to make sure each piece is coated-----

baking sheet -- use non-stick spray

    bake at 450 degrees
you bake them for 30 minutes but halfway thru you need to turn them
so 15 on one side 15 on the other

  • I buy frozen and add cinnamon cipoltle seasoning to mine. The kids get them plain but dip them in honey.

  • Oh my gosh my family loves these. I peel them, then cut in half then slice like regular fries, toss them in a huge bowl with a few tbl spoons of olive oil, then season with steak seasoning. Bake them for 1/2 hour or so. Yummy.

  • I've not had them either, but I have seen them in the frozen food section at the grocery store. I'm not sure where you're from but here in the south we have the grocery store called Publix and this is where I have seen them.
