1 Bump

Watching the rescue of the Chile miners, have you seen it?

I am watching it live via my radio station satelite. I started crying when the first miner came out. On the radio earlier, they said that the miner would be wisked away into this private bubble entrance and then unto a ambulance. This minor did anything but that! He came out and hugged his wife and started hugging all the rescue team. Then he went over and started hugging the people in the crowd. They had to run after him to put him on a stretcher,,lol,,,oh my goodness, what a miracle. Praying for the rest of them....

  • As the wife of an oil rigger, a piece of my heart is reserved for all women and families of men who hold dangerous jobs. To see them coming out alive is making me CRY, not just tear, but CRY with joy. I can't take my eyes off of the screen.

  • I watched some last night and it's incredible that they could be underground for so long and seemingly fine. I hope and pray that their continued recovery goes well. I have to wonder what psychological effects they may have sustained from just being in that situation. Wonderful for the families.
