You're required to fill out a timesheet kind of thing every time you tan, and also sign an agreement saying that you won't do it more than once in 24 hours. It's basically an honor system with tanning. They don't have employees round the clock, true, but they take your picture when you sign up and they have 24-hour camera surveillance. So if you gave your key to someone else, they could easily see that when your car was swiped at 1:27am (or whenever), the person who walked through the door was not you. I don't know how much they monitor that, but if they know you are giving your key to someone else they will take your membership away.
