my daughter still eats only 4 oz...that seems like its not enough, but she is ok with it

  • every 2 or 3 hrs....and if we try 5 or 6 ounces she spits it all up...

  • same here.. shes four months old she eats four ozs if i give her like five nd six ozs she spits out and sometimes throw up.. once a while she will cry for more ... i feed her baby jars everynight at 8 30 and 4 oz of formula. shes good.. i understand what u are going through.

  • every bbay is different. their tummies are a lot smaller than we think. if she's not fussing b/c she is hungry I wouldn't worry about it. my daughter still only drinks about 3-4 ounces at 16mo. but of course she has food now too but she's nurses a lot less.

  • I don't know if it will help but I was told that a baby should be drinking half their weight in ounces at each feeding. So if baby weighs 16 lbs she should eat 8 oz. I never really went by this. My baby was up to 8 oz bottles (every four hours) at about six months and she weighed about 18 lbs.
