Should I Call My Daughtera By A Names They Wants?

My daughter Brooke has always wanted her name to be Calista, for some unknown reason. We've been calling her that for a while and know her sister Hannah wants to be called Ursula. Should we stop with the name game, before it gets carried away? Or is it just a phase that children have?

  • I think it's a normal phase some kids go through. As long as they're very aware that those names are just for fun, I think it's just fine to indulge them :P

  • Sure why not! Just explain that its just for fun though and that they have a real name and a fun name!
