  • the only way to increase ur supply is to feed and pump alot...how old is baby?.....it normally takes about a week or two for your supply to fully come in

  • And the best way to up your supply is to nurse baby often. Like every time he makes a peep.

  • There is Reglan that the doctor will prescribe to help increase your milk supply and there are also things like mother's milk tea and fenugreek that are herbal remedies that may help also. Make sure you are drinking enough also. Kellymom.com also has alot of helpful information.

  • If I were you, I'd offer NOTHING but the breast. Baby WILL NOT starve himself. Did this start after you introduced bottles, or did you introduce the bottles because of this? If it started after bottles were given, it's probably just flow preference.

  • Spend lots of time skin to skin with your baby. It will both increase your milk supply and encourage him to get back to the breast. Take off your shirt, put him in only a diaper and lay down on your back with him on your chest. Let him sleep like that ans watch for when he first starts to stir and he will instinctively start going for the breast.
Stop giving bottles if you can!
