    I jogged 4 miles a day till I was 6 mos pregnant

  • Yes unless you are told not to. Just drink lots of water and don't over do it. I mowed the our lawn up till last month. It was great exercise.

  • you can mow the lawn. go running, lift weights. you can do anything while pregnant. i did hard cardio, running, weight lifting, and ab exercises until the day i delivered. in fact i moved at 36 weeks and i was lifting heavy boxes up and down stairs all day. i'm so glad i did all of that cause working out my whole pregnancy made my labor and delivery so easy

  • Yes. Pregnancy is not a disability.
    I mowed the lawn, did household repairs, skated, rode bikes, did water fitness classes, hiked, camped, rode horses, etc. Pregnancy is not an excuse to sit around.
