  • I usually go to Safeway, but my fiance prefers either Trader Joe's or Berkeley Bowl (local place with mostly organically grown stuff).

  • H-E-B (I live in Texas) most of the time. They have low prices and a great selection. I also grocery shop at Super Target and a small family owned store, Arlan's Market (Seabrook, Tx). I stopped shopping at Walmart and Kroger years ago because of poor customer service. I never have to stand in long lines at these other stores and all of the staff is helpful and friendly!
