How much does your 5 year old weigh?

I keep hearing that my son is big for 5 and I was wondering if he truly is or if that is just something to say.

  • My son is 67 lbs and 51 inches tall. He's huge for his age and most people don't believe when I say he's 5.

  • Mine weighed 36 when he was 5 a few months ago. But he is on Pediasure for being underweight. They said a normal weight for him would be 43-44 lbs. He is now 39.

  • My son turned 5 in September and he is 51 pounds. I am not sure how tall he is but he does he taller than most of the kids in his pre-k, but he is the oldest too. He is not fat, I can still see all of his ribs, he is just solid. If he runs into you and you are not paying attention, you will end up on your butt. (has happened more than once lol)

  • My DD turned 5 in June and is about 45 lbs. Sounds like he's right on track, especially if he's taller than other kids his age.
