how soon can you concieve after a miscarrige?

going through a possible misscarige my body may have not rejected just want to know what i can just in case its the worst case senerio.

  • You CAN immediately. It is ADVISED to wait at least one cycle.

  • It is recommended to wait a couple of cycles before trying again, but you can try again as soon as you are ready.

  • Can't tell you. Everyone's body will react differently after a miscarriage. It could be right away, the next month, or months.

  • You're most fertile after giving birth or having miscarriage so within a few weeks after. But you should wait at least 3 months to give your body time to heal and adjust back to normal.

  • It depends on the miscarriage. If you have a full miscarriage in which the body disolves the baby and releaves the uterus of the tissue you should be able to start after a full period cycle. (Most month usually)
    If your body doesn't miscarry properly and you need a D&C then you'll have to wait 6 weeks to heal and then wait until a full period cycle.

    Most doctors recommend waiting a few months to a year. Talk to your doctor and see what they suggest.
